Louis has been acting as an insurance consultant and expert witness since September 2007 and has evenly balanced his litigation support efforts between insurance defense and plaintiff's work. Much of his effort has been as a claim consultant on both litigated and non-litigated matters, assisting clients and insurers with coverage interpretation, issues, defense strategy, negotiation, and contract interpretation as it applies to insurance issues and concepts.
